Ingredients for Garlic Goat Cheese and Yuca Chips:
- 1/2 pound fresh yuca, trimmed
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 12oz creamy plain goat cheese
Directions for Garlic Goat Cheese and Yuca Chips:
1.) Shave yuca into thin strips about an inch and a half long with a vegetable peeler. Meanwhile heat oil in large pot over medium heat. Fry shaved chips until golden brown. About 30 to 45 seconds then sprinkle with KBS Seasoned Sea Salt
2.) Add goat cheese into a small bowl and season generously with KBS Garlic N Herbs. Form into a ball making sure the seasoning is mixed throughout. Add to a plate with Yuca chips and enjoy.
